I went with my husband on a Saturday around 3:30pm. The store was empty and we didn't have to wait. The charred soy sauce on the engawa was very, very delicious! My husband and I looked at each other wide-eyed and exclaimed, "It's delicious!" The other items were also fresh and good.

Is it really that thick? I was surprised that it was twice as thick as the conveyor belt sushi chain restaurant that had closed down in my neighborhood.
