I went to ask a friend. A flavorful and slightly sweet soup stock. It was really delicious 😊 Even though it's sweet, it doesn't mean it's sweet. It feels like the sweetness of umami⭐︎ This is a restaurant that people come from far away based on the reviews🙌 Haikara udon is a smaller portion of udon, but it only costs 300 yen! ️😳 Good for when two people go and share, or just for a little extra 😊 Thank you for the delicious meal 😊
