Akashi, Hyogo, Japan｜Tempura Santen

It was my first time visiting. I ordered the tempura, and the freshly fried and crispy tempura was very delicious (the amount of tempura and grated tempura was small...).The soba was also as delicious as the soba restaurants in the area, and I was very satisfied. Even though I don't like deep-fried foods, I had no problems with it, so I guess they used a good quality oil. I wish they would increase the number of stores.
