I had some delicious hand-made authentic soba noodles. You can choose between 28% and 100% soba. Normally, there would be an additional charge for Juwari Soba, but since it was a service day, I was told that I could choose it for free, so I ordered it separately for my family. It was hot so I had chilled yam soba and chilled tempura soba. Tororo has quail eggs. It was made from raw potatoes that were hand-picked, and had a good texture and flavor. The soba noodles at Nihachi were chewy and delicious, but I personally liked the aroma and texture of Juwari soba! At first glance, it looks like it would be difficult to enter, but once inside, it wasn't like that at all. Each seat was separated by a table, and it was like a semi-private room, so I was able to relax in a calm atmosphere.

I happened to find it and went in! It has a lot of volume✨ Both the noodles and soup were delicious. Tea is self-service. There was soba tea (hot and cold) and cold. The soba tea is delicious and will make you hungry just by itself 🤭 I will go again ♪
