The long-awaited Sayo Hormone Udon! I stopped by on my way back from climbing Mt. Onade. There are many shops, but I had a treat at this long-established store. The recommended set for 2 people is ¥2100. I asked for additional hormones for one serving. Sayo Hormone Udon is a style where you eat freshly made udon on an iron plate and dip it in a sauce plate. Here, there is a small bottle of yuzu, and if you sprinkle a little of it, it will be even more delicious. It was really delicious. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hormones and udon were delicious. Also, perhaps due to its characteristics, the sauce matches well, and you can't help but eat it with chopsticks. The person at the store was very kind. Due to the coronavirus, they are not open at night, but I think it goes perfectly with alcohol such as alcohol and beer. (lol) Too bad I can't go at night!
