Wow! What an amazing experience. My wife and I where waiting for a train at sayo station and had 45 minutes to kill, we walked the town and found this amazing shop. But by the time we did we only had 15 minutes before our train. We told them and not only did they get our food done very fast with noticeable hustle from the chef and all staff, at the end of our meal they drove us to the train station and we did not ask, we told them they didn’t have to, and they insisted. Hosptiality at it’s finest. If you find your self in this small town, you must go here.

When I asked a local, I heard that this place was the most delicious😋, so I went there. Fuji's set (hormone fried udon) is reasonable, the quantity is just right, and of course the taste is great. Soy sauce and miso sauce are served, so you can blend them to your liking and enjoy as a dipping sauce. I also had venison croquettes and grilled green onions with tendon. The grilled green onions fell apart a bit, but both were delicious.

This is a restaurant that my friend Fujii-kun told me about, and after hearing about it, I couldn't resist the urge to try it and went to try it😁 Is the shop a private room? Second floor? It seems that there is a restaurant, but it's not extremely large, and when you enter the store, as you can see in the photo, there is a large iron plate where the staff cooks at a great pace. I was seated at the counter in front of the iron plate, so I watched the grilling and waited for my order to come out. ``Fuji'' is a popular restaurant, so the ``wait'' started at 11:20.The number of customers continued to increase, and there were also take-out dishes, so the older brother who was in charge of grilling... I was sweating while cooking👍 People who cook this kind of food (someone who looks like a general) tend to have the impression that they are a bit blunt, but this guy was pleasant and polite, making the otherwise delicious fried udon even more delicious ✨🙌😁 It's really delicious, and I think even people who don't like real food can eat it 😊 I will definitely visit this shop again 😁 Thank you for the delicious time 😊
