Ikemachi Shoten is a take-out udon noodle shop in Miki. Udon and kishimen are sold separately for 80 yen each. Udon soup is cheap at 130 yen and kakiage is 60 yen. There is also a set menu of aluminum pots. One ball of udon costs 80 yen, which is 1.5 times the amount of udon noodles in supermarkets, so it's a good deal. When you order udon, it is scooped up with chopsticks and wrapped in a plastic sheet. It feels nostalgic somehow. The taste is simmered for about 5 to 6 minutes as the uncle said. Stop the fire when it becomes soft after tasting a little. It's not chewy, but it's soft and delicious! The noodles are firm enough to keep their shape even after boiling. Kakiage is also delicious with a rich taste of shrimp. I'm sorry for comparing chain stores, but it's better than Marugame Seimen. Also, when I want to eat, I will come to buy. The photo was taken with permission from my uncle. In the cooked picture, I added deep-fried fish and green onions that I bought at another store.

My son (3 years old) is a picky eater and doesn't eat much udon, but the udon here is delicious😍 It's almost enough to eat one serving. The soup stock is delicious It's really delicious. Personally, I like shiitake mushrooms.

This is a well-established restaurant specializing in take-out udon and soba noodles. Anyway, the soup stock is excellent. I think that only people who have tasted this will understand, but a word "Good!!" It's so delicious that you'll groan. On New Year's Eve, there are long lines for Toshikoshi soba. There are about 4 types of nabeyaki udon, and they are all my favorites. The udon noodles are thick and soft, and they go very well with this soup stock. And above all, I'm happy that the price is very reasonable. The dashi stock can be frozen, so I buy a lot and store it in the freezer.
