This is a kind of Udon noodle shop that local Japanese visit. There are variety of noodles, rice bowls, a la carte dishes and set menus available and you are never disappointed by the taste and quality. Very quiet and chill interior.

We had 3 servings of udon suki, and 2 servings of udon. I've come to like the luxurious udon noodles. Finally the rice cake came out.

A restaurant specializing in hand-made udon located south of JR Konan-Yamate Station. This is a rare restaurant that serves thin udon, not the Sanuki udon that has become popular recently. The udon is delicious and the soup stock is light and Kansai-style with a gentle taste. The small bowls and sashimi that come out for lunch and set meals are really delicious. The owner and his wife are polite to customers with an elegant appearance. I had a small bowl set meal today. Light and delicious. Conger eel tempura rice bowl is excellent. Prices are reasonable. I'd love to!
