More Comments at Google MapFor some reason, I felt like eating Champon. It was Saturday, and since it was open today, I headed to Nagayan (former name: Saikai) located east of Hodono Station (closed on Sundays). This is a Nagasaki Champon and Sara Udon restaurant. There was a bit of a wait as it was around noon, but I received a call bell so I was able to wait in the car. The menu is quite simple. There are two choices: Nagasaki Champon and Nagasaki Sara Udon, each of which comes in medium, large, and small, and there is also a special called Tokujo. This time I ordered a mini fried rice set for an additional 350 yen, just like Champon. The Champon that was brought to us had plenty of toppings. The noodles are thick straight champon noodles. Ingredients include cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, kamaboko, pork, shrimp, quail eggs, and flatten. The soup also has a deep flavor, which is what makes it so delicious. The mini fried rice is piping hot. It's hard to get this flip-floppy feeling at home. What caught my attention was the "rice ball service" that was on the table. I ate fried rice and thought I wouldn't need it, but I was so curious that I ordered it. I had a little bit of soup left, so I went in there. The rice balls that had become dry were eaten as porridge with the soup. Ingesting too many carbohydrates. I couldn't resist the temptation. Next time I go, I'll order Sara Udon (I hear it's delicious to dip it in the Sara Udon soup...). It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!
It was so delicious! ! I ordered Champon and mini fried rice (I got rice balls for free). My impression of Champon was that it had a seafood flavor that I didn't like, but this changed my image in a good way. It doesn't have the seafood flavor that I don't like at all, and it's by far the best Champon I've ever eaten. Perhaps because this taste has become so popular, when I went there at 11:45, the place was full and the parking lot was 80% full. It gets crowded during the day, so we recommend going early or when you have time to eat! The staff was very responsive and I was very satisfied!
I received the special champon. The price is reasonable, but the ingredients are luxurious and filling. I feel satisfied. For men who eat a lot, it may be better to have the size of regular champon. Everyone at the store is extremely friendly. I entered the store right after it opened on Saturday, and by the time I left, there were several people waiting outside. I've always loved Champon, so I'm happy to have found my favorite restaurant! When can I go next? I'm looking forward to it.
