Ordered a large serving of salted Chinese noodles + char siu + boiled egg. As others have said, the taste is reminiscent of a certain salt ramen, but as someone who doesn't like strong flavors, it was delicious. It doesn't have a punch that goes through the top of your head, but it has a taste that makes you say, "Ah, it's delicious." The taste, serving time, and staff's response are perfect, but the only drawback is that the owner is always angry with the staff. I've been there twice in the past and they were all crazy. At the very least, I want you to go berserk where the audience won't hear you... If you hear a sharp voice, it will be bad as soon as it is delicious. ・2023/2/1 postscript After that, I went several times, but after that, I almost didn't hear the sharp voice. I ate a lot of things, but the dipping soba is really good. I didn't like the tsukesoba at other stores because it was too strong, but I finally found something I like. I think I will keep going here. If you want, I want you to make the size of the char siu a little bigger. Second visit. Last time I had Chinese noodles, so this time I ordered salt Chinese noodles. The noodles are thick, which I like, and the roasted pork belly gives it a nice aroma. The soup has a strong salty sauce, and while it is rich, it has a refreshing aftertaste and is not oily. The seasoned egg topping has a deep flavor, with the yolk soaked in the sauce. It was very delicious. Thank you for the meal.

5 minutes walk from Nishiakashi Shinkansen Station! One of the few ramen shops in this area. I recommend the Chinese noodles with chicken soup.
