Taishi, Hyogo, Japan｜Mugiemon

This is a Chinese noodle restaurant in Hyogo Prefecture. It is a 30-40 minute walk from Aboshi Station. It was a restaurant I had really wanted to visit for a long time, so I took a train from Osaka and traveled about 90 km to eat. I ordered a bottled beer with Chinese noodles. The taste of the soup was deep, and it was delicious because it went well with the ramen soup. I also liked that the chashu was soft. Eating it with beer made me really happy. I'm a foreigner who can't speak Japanese well, but the staff were really kind and considerate, so I was able to order without too much trouble. When I paid the bill, I told them that I came from afar to eat this, so I was also happy that you really liked it. I also received a fan as a gift. It will be remembered for a long time. A bowl of Chinese noodles can make you this happy.
