Delicious Assari tonkotsu ramen. They only server the one type of ramen but they do it extremely well. The gyozo was good as well but the ramen flavor lasts in your memory.

I stopped by while passing by. I have eaten Nagahama ramen in various places. , I think this restaurant shows off the master's skill. The atmosphere of the store is also tense, which I personally like. I was waiting for the store to open after 10 o'clock, but by 10:30 it was packed with customers, which was amazing! You can tell that the store has been diligently built over many years. This is a shop I would like to visit again♪

Wonton noodles and dumplings for 1,180 yen The fact that there are wonton noodles means that it is the first series of Nagahama in Saga, isn't it? Tonkotsu, which has a slightly light taste, often goes well with grated garlic. Noodles feel good with soft boiled. Probably the best pork bone I've eaten here so far
