Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Akaoni Ramen

It's a pork bone soup, but it's not too rich and easy to drink. The noodles were thin and easy to eat. Takana was also delicious and I had a little put in the ramen at the end.

For some reason, Himeji has a lot of Nagahama pork bone ramen shops. Personally, I love the ramen of this shop in Kotteri. Fried rice is also delicious.

An old man who used to work at Kinbuta used to do it. Kinbuta's noodles have changed, but this place remains the same. The soup is also thick and delicious. There was a review saying that the store staff was touching their smartphones, but that's fixed for Kinbuta!
