Toyooka, Hyogo, Japan｜Sengoku Izushi Soba

27 years ago, when my husband and his parents were dating, Eating Izushi soba for the first time in my life I'm pretty sure it's Sengoku-san, but I'm here. I remember being surprised at how delicious it was. I've always wanted to come back All I can remember is that too much time has passed and that there was a small clock tower in front of me. Over the past few years, I've been trying various Izushi soba shops, mistaking the mini mirage for a mirage and having trouble finding it. "The colors are different" "It's delicious, but the texture is different." I continued looking for a store while worrying with my husband. It was a really fun day ☺️ Find a photo of the mini mirage on Google Maps Look at the photo of Sengoku-san in front of you. “Maybe this time I won’t go wrong.” I entered the store. The interior has changed, but I think the Izushiyaki display on the right side of the store entrance remains the same. I also felt that the color and texture of the soba was definitely the same as Izushi soba that I was impressed with when I ate it back then. Sengoku-san was the first time for the two of us to eat Izushi soba, and it is a restaurant filled with fond memories of being moved by the deliciousness and the fun times we all had together. Also, I felt really happy that we were able to come while both of us were healthy. thank you very much.

I ate Izushi soba for the first time! A friend of mine recommended this place to me, so I went with high expectations. With soba noodles that go down easily, you can eat multiple servings🤣 I finished with 8 dishes with plenty of time left! Free coffee after meals Any number of raw mugs are free as long as you don't change the mug (lol) This made me laugh 😊 It's a very friendly shop, so I highly recommend it! (●︎´▽︎`●︎)

I found this shop by chance. Try it as a local specialty. Of course the soba is very delicious, but the 🍙 is soft and has a large volume. The waiting time for soba is a little long, but it's worth the wait!
