Gyoza Chinese noodles with green onion and garlic in Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture. It was a hot day, but I came here to eat ramen. I came with a friend, so I ordered the special Chinese noodles, green onions, and cabbage dumplings. The special Chinese soba is a good deal because it comes with a lot of chashu for a few tens of yen more than the Chinese soba. The soup was surprisingly a seafood soup. It doesn't feel like the seafood is strong, but it feels like it's diluted well with soy sauce. The soup is light and delicious. The chashu and menma were also soft and delicious. The highlight is the unlimited amount of green onions. It's delicious if you add lots of green onions. Other than that, the gyoza comes not on a plate but on a piping hot iron plate. The gyoza are small, but the meat is very juicy so be careful not to get burned (lol) Both the green onions and cabbage in the gyoza were crunchy and delicious. The parking lot seems to be able to park about 10 cars, but since it is a popular store, there are times when there is no place to park. Please do not park on the street as it will cause trouble to the neighbors. Also, when lining up, line up from the front door of the store toward the bench. There is no memo paper to write your name on. The staff will call out the people at the front of the bench, so be careful how you line up. You can purchase take-out food from vending machines in the store's parking lot or at the store when the store is empty.

(Tatsuno City, Hyogo Prefecture) This is a ramen shop located in a place that makes you wonder why it's in such a place. Visited during lunch time. I had Chinese noodles. The combination of chicken bone base, soy sauce soup with a seafood flavor and garlic was so exquisite that I ended up drinking the entire soup. The toppings on top were large and I was very satisfied. It's really frustrating that this restaurant is only open during lunch time. Thank you for the meal.

It's a neat and clean shop that's easy to enter. As the name suggests, the gyoza and the ramen had a gentler flavor than I expected, which I really liked. The tip of the menma is also attentive.
