The ramen in the photo is limited edition, but the noodles are thicker and the ramen is more filling than it looks, and goes perfectly with the rice 😀 (20220402) This is the type of restaurant where you purchase a meal ticket from a ticket vending machine as soon as you enter the store, and then are guided to your seat. You can choose between curly or thin noodles, light, medium, or rich soup, and whether you want the noodles to be hard, soft, or regular, so first-timers can get quite confused. For now, I bought the flavored egg ramen with its rich, curly, and soft noodles. While I'm waiting, I pick up a small plate of mustard greens and eat it. It was a delicious mustard greens with a spiciness soaked in oil. The main ramen was also very delicious. It has a rich texture with plenty of back fat that will satisfy even the richest people like me. It had an elegant and rich taste that was different from the muddy soup at a certain rich ramen restaurant. You can change the taste by adding mustard greens halfway through the meal, so even though it seemed a little expensive when I bought the ticket, I found it to be well worth the price after the meal. It was a ramen restaurant that I would like to go to again, with different noodles and firmness.
