The new store will be open in March, so I went there when it looked like it would be open. Since I had free time, I had a half-hearted time, so I ordered a large bowl of Chinese noodles (soy sauce) and a rice set. The ingredients are simple, with clear soup and straight thin noodles, but the whole thing is lean and really delicious. Not only is the taste great, but the free large bowl of noodles is also a great feature, and I'd definitely like to try other ramen and set items before it becomes a popular restaurant, so I'll definitely be coming back. Added on 2023/04/30 I had Dandan noodles and Mazesoba (meal + mini minced rice bowl). Tandan noodles: Honestly, it didn't taste like Tandan noodles at all, probably because it was added to the menu not too long ago.I didn't try it, but it felt like it was based on salt soba, and it was quite bland. Mazesoba: As everyone's reviews have said, it's delicious, the noodles are thick, voluminous, and cost-effective. Even if you get a little tired of it, it's nice to be able to change the taste with chili oil and vinegar. (The mini minced rice bowl also had a beautiful yolk on it and was good overall. Was it just a coincidence that day? There was no pickled radish.) I don't eat salt soba, but the Chinese soba (soy sauce) is the best for me personally.
