Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜ら〜麺愚かものであれ

There are various opinions regarding the taste, but as someone who is familiar with ramen in the Kanto region, I think it is very delicious. It's true that the flavor is stronger than Hakata tonkotsu ramen, but I think it's about as strong as Iekei ramen. The flavor is well extracted from the pork bones. The seafood and pork bone ramen "Fushi Tonkotsu Ramen" (named on the lunch menu is Seafood Ramen) is so perfect that it would be a success even if it opened a restaurant in Tokyo. The only disappointing thing is that the ramen was served very slowly. It might be competing to be the slowest ramen shop in the country (lol) It's really, really slow, so I think it's best to come when you have time or just after it opens. I feel like it would be better to hire at least one part-time worker if it's so slow, but since the name of the store is "Fool," I guess that's part of the charm. I think that one of the characteristics of this restaurant is that it is too slow. I don't think anyone will have a very good impression of slow delivery, so from that perspective I give the service a ☆2. Lunch time is from 11:30 to 2:00 p.m., but the menu states that after 1:00 p.m., you will receive one slice of pork or one flavored egg. As for the atmosphere of the restaurant, it seems that this place was originally a French restaurant (?), so I think that even women can enjoy the ramen without hesitation because it doesn't look like a ramen restaurant.

2022.10 I went on a weekday night around 19:30. There were only us and one other customer. I ordered tonkotsu soy sauce topped with a flavored egg, seafood tonkotsu ramen, and fried chicken! Both are really my favorites, especially the seafood pork bone ramen has a solid seafood taste, and I'm sure I'll repeat it☆☆☆☆☆ I wondered if the interior of the store was the same as the previous izakaya. There are table seats for 4 people and 6 people, so I think it's easy for families to go ☆
