Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Tomi

Around 30 delicious ramen shops in Himeji, is this the best? I'm worried about it, but the recommended Taiwan Mazesoba was delicious. I got it delicious twice with chasing rice. I want to eat another ramen next time.

I went to Tomi-san for the first time, which is rumored to have a long line of people! The most popular dish is the Taiwanese mazesoba, but I simply had it with seasoned egg tsukemen and special egg-fried rice! First I had the noodles, and they were really delicious! ! I especially like the flavor when I put it in my mouth and when I chew it! ! The tsukemen soup has a lot of chashu, and it's one of the best ramen and tsukemen I've had recently! ! It was quite satisfying and I was full even with just the tsukemen! ! My impressions of the egg-cooked rice were average! Opening time is 11:30. I went there after 12:00, but the wait time was about 5 minutes and I was able to eat! I will definitely go again! ! It was delicious! !

The tsukemen and mixed soba noodles are both delicious. The interior of the store is spacious and comfortable. Service is polite and fast. If you come by car, there is no dedicated parking lot, so you will have to pay for parking or park on the street.
