More Comments at Google MapI received 1.5 balls of Kipo Ramen. Kipo Ramen is a ramen with a combination of chashu pork, minced garlic, and kimchi. First of all, the soup is absolutely delicious! The soy sauce base is not too strong and has a light taste that you will never get tired of. Although the soup is light, you can enjoy the richness from the fatty pork, and especially when you combine it with garlic and kimchi, it transforms into a soup with even more depth. The noodles are straight noodles with just the right thickness. When you add additional chashu topping, the bowl is filled with chashu, which looks and tastes good! However, the toppings I can't leave out are garlic and kimchi. You may have to choose the day to eat garlic, but I really recommend it. I've been here dozens of times already, and this is a ramen restaurant that I'm sure I'll be going back to for a long time! (postscript) If you don't like chashu, we recommend the stamina ramen with garlic and kimchi toppings! I also get the stamina ramen on days when the char siu is a little heavy!
I came to Uozumi for the first time in a while, so I went to Kiho. It's so thin that you can't see the sign lol After all, it was delicious here, so it was around 13:00, but there was a line. This is a recommended ramen shop.
I had the garlic chashu ramen. I think it was 1220 yen? You'll understand once you eat it. All I can say after eating it is, ``It's delicious. Just delicious.''
