Fantastic ramen. But go early as it is very popular with locals.

I think that it is made very carefully from the soup stock. It smells very good, especially the tonkotsu salt is recommended. The tonkotsu miso is also unique, but it was delicious.

I received some salt. Yuzu has a strong effect and it is delicious. Although it is light, the dashi is strong and the taste is good. I think I'll try the pork bone type next time.
