More Comments at Google MapWhile riding a motorcycle, I saw a signboard of "500 yen ramen" and stopped by. Soy sauce ramen 500 yen. It's nice to be able to eat ramen with just one coin these days. A method of handing over the meal ticket purchased at the ticket vending machine at the seat. After waiting for a while, the soy sauce ramen that came out looked really good visually. It's thin, but it's meaty. It is enough taste considering the price. When I revisit, I will add a 100 yen flavored egg.
I never thought I would be able to eat the original, which I ate almost every day when I was a student and was addicted to the original, in Takasago. Reproducibility is very high. It's a little lighter than the original Nagahamaya in Fukuoka. And it doesn't smell like pork bones, for better or worse. So very easy to eat. The fried rice that is not in the main house is also delicious.
Among the many tonkotsu ramen shops, this is one of the best in terms of price and taste. There are various ramen shops such as ○ran and Ichido, which are spread all over the country, and Zu○doya, a tonkotsu ramen shop from Himeji, and while all of them are delicious, they are overly prepared and too cheesy. However, Moto Nagaya's ramen has a light taste and feels like authentic Nagahama ramen. I like tonkotsu ramen, so I go to many different restaurants, but my recent recommendation is Moto Nagaya.
