I went yesterday! I ate the ramen while talking with the owner and it was really delicious. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the natural flavor of the ingredients and soup rather than looking for a punch!

In terms of the atmosphere of the shops so far, the shops with a sense of unity, cleanliness, and trendy music were safe, mass-produced, and highly rated. I feel like I'm coming to a good shop to eat good noodles. Ramen Hirose is a small counter shop in the countryside, but it is clean, and there is no music, only the sound of the fan and the sound of the tableware. It seems that there are few customers at night, and it is a spacious space where you can quietly concentrate on salt ramen, so I thought this was a good thing.

I came to Himeji for work, so I googled and found this ramen shop. I finally found it after wandering around in the dark after the sun had set (laughs). I had salt ramen and fried rice, and this was excellent. The inside of the store is also beautiful, and the owner is polite, so it's a store that makes you want to visit again. I think it's fun to go there because it's hard to find the place (^w^)
