The gyoza may look small at first glance, but they are just as delicious. If you come, be sure to eat it while it's still hot! Especially recommended is the spicy tonkotsu (if you like spicy food, go for 3!) The soup often sells out, so we recommend arriving early to eat! !

I learned from Google word of mouth that there is a very delicious tonkotsu ramen along Route 2, so I visited "Hakata Ramen Kataokaya" for the first time. Ordered ramen 700 yen, rice 170 yen, replacement ball 150 yen (highest price setting including consumption tax) accounting was 1020 yen. I came across tonkotsu ramen right in the middle of the strike zone. It looks like a light tonkotsu soup, but when I slurped the soup, I made a soup with a rich taste that I really liked. That said, it's not that deep, so yeah. As for the rice, if I put mustard greens on top of my favorite hard rice, I could eat as many bowls of this as I could, and I felt happy. There were 3 pieces of char siu and there was a lot of fat, but it was acceptable. Each seat is equipped with mustard mustard greens, grated garlic, and pickled ginger, and you can freely add toppings. There are 2 water towers and the water is self-service. I had a good impression of the staff.

I stopped by on my way home from work. It seems that many people come by car because of the location, but since I was taking the train that day, I walked from Higashi-Kakogawa. Authentic Hakata ramen! It was really delicious. Gyoza is also good. Well worth the 10 minute walk! If I'm nearby, I'll definitely go again next time.
