Although it is a meal ticket system, boiled eggs (bakudan) and tebichi are cash payments at the counter. The noodles are thick noodles, and the soup tastes like soy sauce and pork bones. The backfat is firmly contained. The green onions are finely chopped, giving it a crispy texture and flavor. Char siu is homemade. very delicious. However, ramen used to be made by the owner himself, so there was no unevenness in the taste, but recently, it is a pity that there is a little unevenness depending on the person who makes it. Business hours have been shortened recently, but I think it's good to have a taste that you can't find around here.
