Akashi, Hyogo, Japan｜Sanjin Sanjin

By far the best Ramen I ever had. Has a very rich flavour. Had this Ramen on my very first day in Japan, and still continues to be my favourite even after 4 years of stay in Japan.

The tonkotsu broth is hearty and so tasty on a cold day! I like the texture of the thin, angel hair pasta-like noodles and the miso sauce with the gyoza dumplings. Edit: after trying several places within 30 minutes driving of here, I think this place has the best ramen in Akashi or the surrounding areas. The broth is so much more flavorful and complex than the other ramen I've had, and the thin noodles are never over-cooked.
