Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Tokushimaramen Meno Himejiten

I went there for the first time in a while because my elementary school daughter was on compensatory leave. Two people shared the fried rice set with fried chicken. The fried chicken was quite large and the skin was crispy and delicious. It's been a while since I ate Tokushima Ramen, but it was delicious. The customer base seems to be mostly young people. It's nice to have a variety of sets to choose from 🎵

Tokushima ramen. Local ramen. It looks like it has a strong taste, but it's pretty good😋😋I ate seaweed ramen. The special wakame seaweed was delicious with the meat. It's finished in a sukiyaki style, so it tastes good even if you top it with a free raw egg.

Raw eggs are free, and if you register in the app, you can get free doubles, so I recommend it. I've eaten at Meno in front of Tokushima Station, so I think it's attractive to be able to eat in a familiar place!
