Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Japan Ramen Takashima

I went to Japan Ramen again today. There are 5 seats in the store. I went and was seated right away! It's usually popular and there are lines. Ordered Chinese noodles. There's a lot of chashu, and it's hearty. The customer sitting next to me was eating curry ramen and it looked delicious with lots of vegetables! ! Next time I'll eat curry ramen. A pleasant couple is doing it, and the conversation is lively.

Ramen tastes really vary, but for me this is the best ramen shop. Please note that business hours are short. There are many times when I can't eat because the business is already closed at 12:00, but I forgive myself here. . . In other words, it is one of the few shops where I want the general to take care of himself and continue working as long as possible. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that I want many people to know about it, but I don't want to tell anyone about it if possible.

I was supposed to post it, but I couldn't. I used to go there often when I lived and worked in Himeji, but this was my first visit in about 13 years. As others have written, there are many different flavors, but I ordered the basic soy sauce. Of course it was delicious, but I was impressed by the taste of the char siu, and it went well with the rice. Also, finding the location of the store is part of the fun.
