Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Ramen Hakkaku

Hakkaku Ramen is a famous ramen chain branch here in Japan. This store in particular have bad reviews and I don’t know why at all. Some say that the ramen is salty but I dont think so, in my opinion it’s probably the most flavorful broth I’ve ever tasted in a ramen. Their fried rice, fried chicken and gyoza are also best sellers. Make sure to go on either 4/14/24 or 8/18/28 day of every month for their 88yen promo on gyozas and fried chicken. Staff is always friendly and service is always fast. One of the best ramen places out there IMO.

I entered the store with my mother Eiko. Since it's July 8th, gyoza for 1 person is 88 yen! I ordered two octagonal ramen, fried chicken, and three gyoza dumplings. All served hot and finished. It was delicious! !

Fried chicken is super cheap on the 4th, 14th, and 24th! I was surprised at the volume it's the best
