Miki, Hyogo, Japan｜Zundouya Miki

On first glance I thought it was a bit expensive, and the lack of condiments also made me a bit sceptic, but when the ramen arrived I was incredibly positively surprised. You can really taste the tonkotsu broth and the "chijire-men" noodles go perfectly with it. In gener it reminds me of Yokohama Ie-kei ramen a bit (pros may disagree) but I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good tonkotsu ramen.

Zundoya...There are times when I really want to eat, so I stop by when I'm passing through 175R to go shopping (lol).Depending on the time of day, there are times when the only staff members are young people...(lol) I really like ramen and I love it 🎵

The outside of the store is full of cigarettes. The revival of Japanese-style ramen was good, but the amount was somewhat lacking. It was nice before
