I had the tonkotsu ramen (char siu flavored egg topping). Simply ``delicious'', I couldn't stop eating my chopsticks. The tonkotsu was rich but had a strong salty taste from the bonito flakes, so it wasn't too strong. You may be careful not to eat too much. I'm looking forward to eating seafood next time. [Additional note] I also received seafood (char siu flavored egg topping). The ramen had a light and gentle flavor without any harshness. If you want a hearty meal, go for tonkotsu, and if you want something light, go for seafood.

I topped the seafood ramen with a rich flavored egg ☺️ The soup is thick and has bonito flakes on it. It doesn't feel like it's very distinctive, but I can't help but use chopsticks and notice that there are no noodles or ingredients. You want a double ball, don't you? It was delicious.
