When I order tonkotsu ramen in the city, my brain remembers that it usually tastes like this, but as soon as I took a bite of the soup, I thought, ``Huh?'' about the tonkotsu ramen here. How should I express it? It has a very gentle taste. The elderly shopkeeper also seemed kind.

It's been around for a long time, but I recently went there for the first time. It was so delicious that I wish I had gone earlier. I think it will be full soon.
