I happened to be passing by, but I was intrigued by the "Hakata Ramen" sign and decided to enter. "Welcome!" The lively welcome from the staff will lift your mood. There were 3-4 groups waiting around 2pm on Sunday. I ordered "Ramen level". At first I received it as is. The flavor of the pork bones comes out, yet the aftertaste is refreshing ✨️ Delicious ♪ Thin noodles are also good. Later, add ground sesame seeds, pickled ginger, garlic, mustard greens, etc. to your liking. As someone from Hakata, I really like tonkotsu ramen. Another thing that really impressed me was the store manager. The man making the ramen was keeping an eye on his surroundings and carefully giving instructions to the staff. I thought that it was because the restaurant not only made ramen but also paid such attention to detail that they were able to create such delicious ramen. Thank you for making me feel comfortable♪

I heard that you can eat authentic pork bone ramen, so I drove 2 hours to visit for lunch. It was a popular restaurant, so I had to wait a little while at lunchtime, but it was a well-air-conditioned store with plenty of chairs, so it didn't bother me. Because it was a good deal, I ordered a set menu with small fried rice and a special amount of noodles (2 balls) with a noodle shape. First of all, I ate it as it was, but the soup, which smells like pork bones in a good way, resembles the delicious pork bone ramen I ate in Hakata, the home of Hakata. The noodles are of course thin noodles and are ideal for orders of shape, and match the soup with a good feeling 👍️ After that, you can customize it by adding red pickled ginger, mustard greens, sesame seeds, and garlic to your liking, and it will be even more delicious. I'm very happy to eat authentic pork bones for the first time in a long time as the reputation 😊 Fried rice is moist and char siu is delicious, so it was used in the front. It was impressive that the person who seemed to be the manager was watching the surroundings and being instructed by the staff while making ramen. Is the store still new? Nothing to say about cleanliness. I will use it again if I come nearby.

This is a Hakata pork bone ramen restaurant. I ordered set B (ramen & mini fried rice) with hard noodles. I customized it with pickled ginger and ground sesame seeds and it was very delicious. The quantity was also sufficient. The store is clean and I would like to come back here again.
