Best Chinese food in town! It was delicious. I don't have a photo, but the dandan noodles were also delicious. The Tenshin rice was really fluffy and delicious. I will definitely go again!

I was in Aioi City and wanted something spicy, so I visited "Shu" (о´∀`о) I asked for the "special Taiwanese ramen" that I was looking for from the rich menu ♫ The atmosphere of the town Chinese restaurant is so lively that I'm in agony just holding back the beer, and since I'm driving, I manage to persuade myself to get the rice bowl in about 5 minutes (*´-`) The soup is quite spicy, and it's packed with umami. It becomes more and more addictive with every bite, and by the time you finish eating it, you'll be a total fan and drenched in sweat◯⚪︎It's the kind of thing you want to eat♡ I was surprised at how simple it was with a large amount of hawk claws, minced meat, chives, and bean sprouts, but it didn't feel lacking.It was a one-man operation run by a gentle-mannered elderly owner, but I have a feeling that he is not an ordinary person (*´꒳ `*) The noodles are deep-fried without using a timer, and the noodles have a pleasant texture and are curled with a high water content.You'll want to stay nearby and try out the entire menu, just like an alcoholic.(´ε｀) It says on the store front that it opens at 11:30, but I heard that it usually opens at 11:00. I love this kind of store ♡

The gyoza, mapo tofu and tenshin rice are very good. The soup of Chinese soba is delicious, but there may be pros and cons for the taste of noodles. Fried chicken is crispy with a lot of clothes. I would like to visit again and try something different. The owner is very friendly and nice.
