Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Menya Honkura ramen (dipping style)

Visited immediately after opening at 11:00 on Tuesday. Parking is in front of the store. There are 3 basic types of ramen, and I like tsukemen, so I ordered the thick tsukemen. I wanted to make a large serving, but I was worried about the noodles and other ramen, so I ordered it normally. Sluggish! Awesome. I like the thickness and texture of the noodles. I forgot the picture, but I still have a dipping sauce, so I ordered the noodles. I was surprised at the thin noodles and ate half of it as it was. In addition, it is a shop I want to visit. First visit! I had the rich tsukemen and the seasoned noodles. The extremely rich soup from the chicken and pork, combined with the deliciousness of the seafood, gives it a sweet taste. At first, I ordered straight thick noodles, and when I finished eating, I ordered dressed noodles. The dressed noodles are delivered in about 3 minutes. The curly noodles can be eaten like abura soba, or dipped in soup, and can be enjoyed well. I didn't use fruit vinegar or garlic soy sauce, so I'd like to try that next time. I got the chicken broth ramen. The manager is very friendly and I ordered an unfamiliar ae-dama instead of a double-edama. It's delicious to eat as it is, or you can use it as a second serving to change the taste, so it's recommended! I thought it would be nice to add a little bit of ramen soup and a little bit of fruit vinegar and adjust the way you eat it while enjoying the aedama! !
