My first Marugen. Meat soba (690 yen excluding tax) and Teppei egg fried rice set (200 yen excluding tax). The fried rice is served with a heated iron plate, and the waiter will add beaten eggs to it, so you can mix it yourself to complete the fried rice. This is a fun performance. Personally, I was addicted to the taste of meat soba.

The staff are all in good spirits, and the customer service is polite, so you can always enjoy a pleasant meal. I usually order Niku Soba with a fried rice set, but sometimes I enjoy changing Niku Soba to limited-time ramen. No loss! Also, I added spicy Nozawana sauce to both the ramen and fried rice, which changed the taste halfway through. Super delicious. .
