You can choose from 3 types of ramen: - Gyūjan (beef-bone broth) - creamy and delicious, definitely my recommendation. - Torijan (chicken-bone broth) - refreshing and light chicken soup with soy sauce base. - Jukusei Seabura Shōyū (marinated back-fat with soy sauce) - the name might sound scary but don't worry about it, it's not too fatty or heavy, it's a more savory version of the above chicken base one.

However, with this Makotoya store opening, This Miki Omura area has become a ramen battleground! (4 ramen shops alone) First of all, the recommended and famous menu of this restaurant is not tonkotsu ramen, but beef bone ramen! In fact, it's a must-try for people who like pork bones, and conversely for people who don't like pork bones. Beef bone soup has a unique creaminess that is better than pork bones, and a mild taste that is lighter and easier to eat than pork bones. It is famous for its deliciousness that cannot be tasted with pork bones! Well, I've only heard of this beef bone ramen in the Banshu area! Another famous Uri menu is golden fried rice! This fried rice is the best fried rice I've ever eaten! Also, I ordered fried chicken here for the first time at another restaurant, and the fried chicken was on par with fried chicken specialty restaurants. It was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, so delicious! The only thing left to do is to see if we can keep all of these good flavors and serve them. It depends on whether you can provide high-quality customer service! Well, it may not be open soon, but Even though it's only been a while, he's energetic, bright, and excited, which is good! (At other stores, there are store staff who take orders without understanding what they are saying) Well, in this competitive area, it is definitely the best in terms of overall taste of ramen! (The nearby pork bones from Zundoya, Poppoya, and Fujihei have their own delicious tastes and are of a high standard, but I don't think they can match the creaminess of Makotoya's beef bones.)

This is the 4th time😃 I got a half price card when the store opened. You can enjoy three types of ramen at half price. Today was the last time I had the back oil soy sauce ramen. delicious~~~~ The soup had a bit of a strong soy sauce flavor, but I was able to enjoy it till the end ✌️ Fried rice is delicious no matter how many times you eat it🐷 I think I'll try spicy ramen next time 😋 There are many ramen shops in Miki, but Makotoya is my favorite.
