Ono, Hyogo, Japan｜Ono Zekkoucho Ramen

I got the 超濃厚豚骨(Super rich flavoured tonkotsu) which is limited to 10 bowls on weekdays and 20 bowls on weekends. The broth was on the thicker side which I loved, and the noodles cooked as specified as well. Having all kinds of meat never made me bored of the dish, and the char on the meat was on point. I also got the gyoza which was good but not the best out there. They have free toppings that you can choose from, which includes raw garlic, spicy pickled veggies, kimchi, and benishoga.

When I left after paying, the clerk told me to do my best from noon❢❣ I saw that I had a business bag. Seafood soup ramen is delicious, and the store clerk and the store have a good atmosphere.

I was passing by on business from Fukui. I ordered Onokoi soy sauce ramen because of my favorite food, Banshu ramen. I was addicted to the gentle taste with the condiments, and it was delicious until I drank it. I was impressed by the thoughtfulness of being able to choose a set even in a mini size. (See photo. Set with Aburi-don. Choice of pork or chicken.) There is also a place called “My Ramen Koubou” where if you choose your ramen, you get a separate plate of toppings like the one in the photo, and it’s free! Hats off. The kimchi was also very delicious. It's been a long time since I've had a ramen shop that I remembered and wanted to eat. Confirmed repeat.
