A ramen shop in Kasai City, Hyogo Prefecture that I regularly go to (o^^o) I always drive to a spacious free parking lot that can park about 15 cars ^ ^ The road to get there is rich in nature and there are many tranquil scenery, so I really like it (● ˃̶͈̀ロ˂̶͈́)੭ꠥ⁾⁾ Noodles are homemade noodles with plenty of water using 3 types of domestic flour! I appreciate that all menus are free of charge for large servings of noodles. There are various types of ramen, such as white chicken broth and salt ramen, but the first thing I want you to eat is the menu that uses Harima's finest raw soy sauce (o^^o) It is a soup with a gentle finish that is fragrant and sweet ^ ^ There is no such thing as homemade noodles with the scent of wheat ♡ You can also buy homemade chili oil to take home ♪ This is another addicting chili oil \(//∇//)\ There is also the fact that all menus are free of chemicals, so if you go to Kasai City, you will definitely want to go to this ramen shop that is safe, secure, and delicious.

Visited on a weekday in late May 2023. The store is bright and clean, the staff are cheerful, and the store has a nice atmosphere. I ordered "Special Raw Soy Sauce Ramen" for 1,150 yen, and the large bowl of noodles was free, which I was grateful for. The shop is run by a total of three people, the owner and two women. It seems to be a popular restaurant and customers keep coming in one after another, but the operation was excellent and I was able to eat there without too much delay. The soup is made with Banshu's raw soy sauce, and it's crisp and delicious! The noodles were softer than I liked, but they were delicious from start to finish. The roasted pork, wontons, menma, green onions, and boiled eggs were all carefully prepared and very satisfying. Many customers ordered tsukemen, see you next time. I had the special raw soy sauce ramen. It included pork char siu, chicken char siu, boiled egg, shinachiku, and wonton. Plenty of volume. Ordinary people may not need a large serving.
