More Comments at Google MapThis time I stopped by for lunch while touring. I had soy sauce ramen and fried rice. It was my first time trying Banshu ramen, and I drank up the soup because of its gentle taste. I like it very much! ! It's not along the road, so I almost passed by it without noticing, but it had a retro Showa era feel and was very comfortable! ! You will be welcomed by a very friendly owner and a warm family! !
Anyway, it's refreshing and delicious! A shop that goes the royal road of Banshu ramen! I came to the store around 14:00 on Saturday. It is located in a fairly rural area of Nishiwaki City. I was the only customer, not very hungry, and ordered the most orthodox soy sauce ramen (650 yen). The portions are not large. There is also a fried rice set menu if the time is right. A sip of soup. delicious! sweet! Anyway, it has a gentle and delicate taste. Even I, who rarely eats a whole bowl of ramen, drank it all up. While the world is full of rich ramen, this kind of old-fashioned taste is a relief. I can strongly recommend it to people with such intentions, but some people may feel unsatisfactory. I like that. However, I was definitely a strike, and I want this kind of shop to remain forever.
Safe to slip in just before closing time. The shop owner and his older sister seemed kind. They were very kind to children, and the ramen I was looking forward to had a perfect balance of flavors that I loved. This is the first time I've had soy sauce ramen that I really liked. I'll come back later. Thank you for the meal.
