More Comments at Google MapIt is located in an easy-to-understand location right in front of Asago's Shandong Interchange. As it is called a Rasta reggae store, there are many figures of the god of reggae, ``Bob Marley'' inside the store. I really like Bob Marley. For ramen, I received "Charshu Ramen" (1000 yen). Since this is a tonkotsu ramen shop, all of the ramen is made with pork bones. The rustic flavor of the tonkotsu was reminiscent of Central and South America, and it was delicious. There was a lot of char siu, so I ended up ordering extra pork (150 yen). There are plenty of parking lots, and a second one is at the back. There aren't many food shops around here, so I recommend you choose this place to visit.
The tonkotsu soup has a moderately rich feeling, and it is easy to drink, but it has a good taste that brings out the umami, so it is highly satisfying 💯 My personal recommendation is the char siu men 🍜 There are two types of char siu, a large chunky cut and a standard flat cut char siu (about 2 squares and 6 squares?). Depending on the day, char siu may not be available separately, so if you like char siu like me and want to add it to your serving, you may want to ask first. It's located near the Santo IC exit of the Kitakinki Toyooka Expressway, so it's a good place to stop by while sightseeing in northern Hyogo. As the restaurant is run by two people, there are temporary closures, but it is good to go there as if you are lucky if you can eat it.
It's Tuesday, so if you go to Nagahama Ramen in Yakuno, it's a regular holiday. When I searched my memory for a nearby ramen shop, I found Jalan-san just over the pass, and visited for the first time in a long time. "Oh no doubt it was delicious."
