It was lightly soy sauce flavored and delicious. My husband said he liked the sweet sake flavor. I would like to have lunch next time.

Located under the ruins of Tatsuno Castle, this café and souvenir shop was created by renovating a soy sauce storehouse. At the cafe, you can enjoy a fermented lunch buffet that uses plenty of locally grown vegetables and a cafe, and there is a store that sells mainly soy sauce, somen noodles, and leather goods, which are specialties of Tatsuno City. The chimney cookies sold next to the cash register and the rice flour financier baked with carefully selected ingredients from Tatsuno City are also excellent. The day I visited was just before closing, so I couldn't spend a leisurely time. Next time I come, I would like to enjoy a fermented lunch and a cafe on the terrace.
