A few years ago, I came to eat <Strawberry Parfait>, but this time the purpose is shaved ice. I ordered <corn shaved ice> and <strawberry milk shaved ice>. It is a system where you pay first, get a number tag and wait. When it was ready, he brought it to the table. I ordered a petite size, but it wasn't petite at all (laughs) <Corn shaved ice> was an unexpected feeling, but it was really delicious. It comes with a spray of soy sauce, and it's the best when you eat it while pouring it on! <Strawberry milk shaved ice> is definitely delicious. The fruit was also included properly. The ice was fluffy and it didn't become sharp, so it was delicious until the end. It was nice to have hot tea as well.

It's strawberry season, and I'm craving some delicious strawberries. Speaking of sweet and delicious strawberries, "Yumekaido Farm67" in Yumesaki Town is the place to go. I remember being surprised by how big and sweet the strawberries were when I visited there before. The purpose of this time is farm67's specialty "Dodeka Strawberry Parfait". At the top is a super-sized Yumesaki strawberry that can only be harvested once per plant. You can choose the size when ordering (the larger the size, the higher the price). This time, I chose the normal size and didn't go for the large size, but I still ended up with huge strawberries! Cut strawberries are also used in abundance, making it visually appealing. A very attractive strawberry parfait. Moreover, these strawberries are sweet! Packed with plenty of whipped cream, original strawberry sorbet, handmade strawberry sauce, and popped sweets, you can enjoy it from start to finish. We enjoyed one parfait as a couple (coffee and parfait), but the other customers were enjoying one parfait by themselves. There are plenty of strawberries, so it's not overwhelming at all, and even one person can enjoy it easily. Yumesaki Strawberry was a sweet and delicious strawberry that did not disappoint my expectations. There is also a shortcake with these dodeca strawberries on it, but the strawberries are so big that they look unbalanced with the cake, which catches my eye. It's impressive, so it's also recommended as a souvenir♪

In the summer, this is a shop where you can enjoy shaved ice full of strawberry flavor. The sweetness is just right, and every bite fills you with happiness. I would like to go there during the strawberry season.
