TKG also recommended salt, and I was able to enjoy it deliciously. The Black Zinger I drank for the first time was also delicious.

This cafe is based on the concept of an "organic junkie" who uses organic and pesticide-free vegetables and incorporates innovative ideas. On weekdays, you can enjoy two types of weekly lunches. The set includes a main dish made with seasonal vegetables, 4 to 5 side dishes, miso soup, and rice.

The rice was made with barley and glutinous wheat, so it was glossy and chewy, making for a satisfying lunch. It's healthy and very satisfying.
