This was a fun experience for a day. They issue tickets for entry from 10:30. They open for service for shaved ice from 11:00. You want to get their early to get the best ticket as they follow the number system pretty strictly. Since this cafe is located in the country side, if some person got a lower number than you and then leaves, to return later, means you have to wait for them to come back which can be a pain if they are slow coming back. The shaved ice was amazing and I am glad I was able to try it. I want to come back and try the other offerings of the chance happens. The service from the people were nice and they were pleasant. All in all it was a good time.

Lovely countryside cafe quite different to what I expected. Very busy and had to wait outside, but was worth it. Obviously a popular place and can see why. The vibe inside was cool; the food and drinks top notch, and the staff friendly. Prices were good. Plenty of parking available too. Hot day? Want to cool down? Come & enjoy shaved ice here!

You can enter without lining up on weekdays in mid-September 🍧 There was fig ice and grape ice, just like autumn. The grape ice was a thick grape syrup that made you feel like you were drinking 100% grape juice 🍇 Cafe Koala Ice is a true coffee shop 🐨 The milk ice cream topped with coffee syrup was really delicious 🍧 Fruit-based shaved ice is great to enjoy the season, but I personally recommend coffee-based shaved ice☕️ Unusual for a busy shop? The atmosphere of all the staff was nice. The atmosphere of the shop is very relaxing with a retro cafe style with wood grain.
