Today's strawberries used in the parfait were "Akihime", "Beni Hoppe", "Yotsuboshi" and "Hey C Berry". Each parfait has a different firmness and taste, and you can enjoy various flavors such as cream, vanilla ice cream, caramel, sponge cake and pudding until the end. We also serve free warm kombucha, so we will definitely come back during the season! We all had a blast. This time it was for parfait, but it seems that lunch is also popular, so it is better to make a reservation here as well. Coffee is also recommended! Many people come here for sweets, but the home-roasted original coffee was delicious with a good aroma and well-balanced taste.

The shaved ice here is the most delicious shaved ice I have ever eaten. Moreover, the volume is amazing and there is a response to eating. The one I want to eat once a year.
