Himeji, Hyogo, Japan｜Himesoba Agaho

If you want to eat authentic soba noodles at a low price, this is by far the best restaurant in Himeji. It's machine extruded noodles, but I think it can't be helped since it's available at that price. Also, there are so many bowls on the side that it's hard to decide which one to get. There's a main store in Kameyama, but that store has shorter business hours and doesn't have a bowl set menu, so I think it's better to consider the Eigaho store as a whole rather than the main store.

It is a restaurant where you can casually eat 100% buckwheat noodles. The soup was dark in color and felt sweet. It was a nostalgic taste that made me want to eat it again. I felt nostalgic for the chairs in Showa elementary school. The store is bright and the staff are friendly and comfortable. I want to go again.

Upper Zaru Soba. It's delicious. The scent of soba is good!
