While having a firm texture, it was easy to eat through the throat. I ordered a large serving, but after I ate it all, I thought about eating a little more, but I felt full afterwards, so the soba alone was quite filling. got it. There were also soba sushi and grilled miso, so next time I would like to go there. It seems that conger eel is also the main force, so I want to make myself hungry and try this too. It was a feast.
