This is a shop that my husband who likes to drink sake 🍶 while having appetizers before soba noodles really liked it. Of course, soba was also delicious. My husband has 3 types of soba noodles that are limited to Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. You can have 3 types of soba with different grinding methods. The cut method was also changed, and I enjoyed the deliciousness of each soba. I'm soba with grilled conger eel. The fragrant and thick conger eel and sudachi freshness and soba were very good.

Soba before and sake were the best. The spicy grated soba noodles we received at the end were also very satisfying.

My house is nearby and I visited for the first time alone (*^-^*). Because it is soba noodles, there is plenty of time to wait, so if you like soba noodles, you can enjoy it slowly. Also, there are two types of soba noodles, thin and coarse, and the price is not cheap overall, but I think it's an adult soba restaurant called a soba restaurant. Customers came one after another and the waiting time was long, but I felt that the store staff was not in a hurry and made it possible for me to enjoy the soba until the end. .
