The freshly made Izushi dish soba is very delicious. Are you sure it was back in the Heisei era? When my child was small, I enjoyed being called to the tatami room, but unfortunately, now that my child has grown up and has a disability, sitting on the ground is prohibited in the tatami room. I was forced to sit at a table on the dirt floor. They kindly responded. For elderly people, there were slightly high chairs in the tatami room. It seems difficult to accommodate wheelchair users.

The thin noodles were delicious and went down smoothly. The wasabi I grated myself was delicious.

Once a year, I come to Izushi to eat Sarasoba. There are a lot of shops, so I've been to many places, but lately I've been eating at Tentsu a lot. It may be unorthodox, but it's delicious.
